Partner Account Closure
To ensure the security of business assets, store account closure must be initiated by the Store Admin within the Flevario Partner application.
Warning: This terminates your partnership
Closing your Partner Account will immediately hide your venue from the Flevario Client App and prevent any further QR code redemptions.
*Note: Pending payouts will be processed in the final billing cycle. In compliance with Romanian fiscal law, all invoices, payout records, and transaction logs must be retained for 10 years. Staff login data is anonymized immediately.
How to close your store account

Log in as Admin
Open the Flevario Partner App. Ensure you are logged in with the Owner/Manager account.

Store Settings
Navigate to the "Business Profile" tab and scroll to the bottom.

Initiate Closure
Tap the "Close Store Account" or "Delete Business Profile" button.

Final Confirmation
You may be asked to confirm that all outstanding orders are completed. Once confirmed, the account is deactivated.
Need to remove a Staff Member?
You do not need to delete the whole account to remove an employee. Go to Settings > Staff Management to remove specific user access.
